TreatyIQ (product page) is a large-scale SaaS application for property treaty underwriters to analyze risks and assess pricing analytics.
 

As a design lead, I worked closely with cross-functional team of product owner, engineering, content, QA and TPM to create, validate and deliver the design solutions.

I was also responsible for design project management including task breakdown, scheduling, task allocation, mentoring, reporting to leadership team.
